Berger Open at Monday match play
Participants of the Monday match play have been focusing on staying violation free (hitting away from the closet net person when on defense) and recognizing offensive opportunities (winners or forcing shots). Today, the reward for hitting a winner was not only a point, but a “Berger” point. Berger cookies are scrumptious fudge cookies that are from Baltimore. Congratulations to all the winners. Everyone enjoyed sampling cookies and hitting winners.
