Today, like so many other athletes and celebrities around the world, we take the Roger Federer challenge. If you are not familiar with Roger’s fun volley challenge, click here. So, grab a fun hat, your racquet, and find a smooth wall. Use a low compression (red, orange, green) or yellow tennis ball. You may want to choke up on the grip in the beginning and/or let the ball bounce and practice your half volley. Add backhand. Thanks Roger, for staying in good contact with us.
