Oh no, it’s back to the yoga mat! We have identified three more yoga poses that seem beneficial for tennis. The first yoga pose almost resembles the beginning of a service motion. The second yoga pose will help with rotation on groundstrokes. The third yoga pose will help with leg strength and balance. The fourth pose, an original Cos and Judy, resembles the service motion. We are hoping to get back to the courts soon – for more reasons than one! Don’t forget to breathe!
