At Home With PRC, Episode 31

In Episode 25, we took the Roger Federer challenge.  Today, we are taking on the 100 Volley Challenge by Andy Murray.  If you are not familiar with the challenge, click here.  Try this drill with either the traditional tennis ball or one of the low compression balls (red/orange/green).  Choke up on the grip, if you need a little help.  Increase your distance between hits to provide more reaction time.   Cos’s lesson for the day – stay in the present and don’t get ahead of yourself!  If you don’t have a partner, use a wall.
