At Home With PRC, Episode 32

Let’s get those feet moving again as we head into the weekend.  Today, we combine jogging/marching, ready steps (with racquet), split step and footwork for a forehand groundstroke, either traditional or open stance (modern).  Follow the video instructions or create your own patterns.  Start with 1 minute, break, and then increase intervals.  Mix it up and stay on your toes!
