We hope you have enjoyed the episodes, learned some tips and improved several physical and mental habits that may benefit you, on and off the court. It seems hopeful that we may soon be allowed to return to the courts. One of the many ways we need to modify our behavior is to minimize touching the tennis ball. Start practicing the various ways you can “receive” or “send” a ball between a rally that will not require you to touch the ball with your hands. Not only will you be safer, you will develop better racquet skills – two for one!
