Recommendations: pulling ear lobes (2 min), ear cycles (2 min), shoulder pumps (10x 3 rounds), Diaphragm breathing (15x 3 rounds), butterfly flutters (30 sec 3 rounds) and calf pumps 25x per round throughout the day).
