Judy’s title for today’s episode is “tennis balls’ new roll” for our health. To date, we have performed various methods to improve our health and performance, on and off the court. We use a tennis ball to help massage different areas of the body: glutes, shoulder, upper and lower back, lymph nodes under armpit and arch of foot. You can use a larger/softer ball or a foam roller. Do not put the ball on a bone. There are many videos online regarding trigger points for specific areas. Remember to breathe and keep rolling.
