Today, we focus on the service motion:  rotating the hips, loading the weight on the back leg, turning and exploding up and keeping the head behind contact. As you can see, even Auggie loads on her back legs. Practice this at home. Be safe.

We are back!  Hopefully, you practiced and enjoyed the racquet drills from yesterday.  Continue these each day, increasing your repetitions.  Today, add a family member or friend.  If that isn’t possible, use a wall.  Have fun and maintain your “grip”.
