Pickleball Fun at Junior Camp

Junior campers had a blast playing some pickleball on a rainy morning on court 2.  The teaching pros demonstrated positioning, tactics and explained the scoring and rules.  Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the US.  It is very fast and can improve tennis player’s net play and reactions.

All programming information (including lessons and leagues) is available and registration begins on August 1st.  Current students should check with their pro for recommendations.  Pros are available to design an instructional and competitive track for the indoor season.  Juniors who have not been enrolled/participated in a skills tests, can attend Class  & Level Evaluation events…

Summer Camp Is Cool

Lots of children finished a great week of camp – lots of improvement with strokes, strategy – with smiles and laughter included.  After some hot temperatures this week, the campers had an ice cream party to cool off.

Campers Having Fun and Working Hard

The campers attending the PRC Summer Tennis Camp are working so hard and improving rapidly.  Mass practice (practice for at least 3 hours at a time) is so beneficial in learning strokes.  In addition, relationships and friendships are developed during camp.  Kudos to the staff and campers.  Summer camp continues through August 25th.

The forecast this week is perfect for fun and weather conditions for summer tennis camp. It’s not too late to register. Sessions are offered Monday-Friday  in the morning (9-noon), afternoon (1-4 pm) or both sessions.
