This week, PRC tennis professional, Judy Young, reported that her student hit 78/80 balls over the net and into the court. As you can see, her form is very sound with the racquet in a low position in her backswing to facilitate topspin. Her left arm/hand are extended in front of her toward the net. Because of her age, she is using a modified net and court that is part of the 10 and under program.
The PRC 10 and under program is recognized by the USTA for it’s commitment to following the teaching curriculum and using the proper equipment to promote development in juniors. The PRC teaching professionals have the 10 and under certification. Being consistent is the foundation for anyone’s game, junior or adults.
