The PRC Tennis Junkies finished the season in 2nd place after a hard fought 12-10 loss to In the Pink on Thursday night. This was the first season that the evening USTA 4.0 league used the new point scoring system . Thanks to captain Laurie Decker and congratulations to the team.
The 2.5 PRC Sweet Spots celebrated their successful season with a party on Thursday. Congratulations to the team, many of whom played their first USTA matches and thanks to Coach Mansour and Captain Lauren.
Evenings leagues are great for working women or players hoping to avoid the daytime heat. Teams are being organized for the summer USTA Women’s 40 and over leagues. Congratulations to the PRC Jersey Girls, who with a victory today, are in first place in the USTA 3.0 Black Division. After the match, the team celebrated with a picnic on a beautiful day.

PRC has openings for the upcoming summer USTA leagues for the 3.5 40 and over (Wednesday 6:00 pm) and the 55 and over ((Wednesday 10:00 am) women’s teams. If you are interested in playing, please email Cos or leave your contact information at the PRC front desk by Monday.
The PRC 4.0 team continued it’s hot streak and served the Racketts their first loss of the season today at Hopewell. Not only did the team celebrate their win, but also had birthday cake for Nicole Lorber. Congratulations to all of the players and happy birthday Nicole.
Two PRC teams, Brilliant Aces and Artistic Slicense, competed on a gorgeous day in the USTA 3.5 18 and over league. Round 2 schedules are published online and teams will compete 3 more weeks.
Many of the men and women on the PRC USTA teams have something in common with the tennis pros who are currently competing in the French Open – playing in wet and rainy conditions. Several men’s teams had to deal with the elements over the weekend. Kudos to the members of the 3.5 USTA PRC…
